Head MEP - Commercial Project Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end MEP planning, design, and execution for new hospital projects. - Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, including NABH, NBC, and AERB. - Coordinate across HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, MGPS, and other utility services. - Oversee vendor selection, quality control, and timely project delivery. - Serve as the technical authority for all MEP-related decisions in hospital projects. - Collaborate with design consultants, architects, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class infrastructure. - Any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 20+ years in MEP execution and design, with proven expertise in hospital projects.
